Self-Service Advertising
Advertising on NamasteJAX is 100% self-service. Submit your listing online through the website — no phone calls, no email back-and-forth, no waiting to speak to someone. After you submit and pay, our Admin team reviews your listing through the website. Once approved, your listing goes live for the purchased duration and your service period begins on the approval date.
Secure Payment through Stripe
Payment is processed securely through Stripe Checkout. NamasteJAX does not store your credit card number or card security code on its own systems. You pay on Stripe's secure hosted page and your payment information stays with Stripe.
Featured Business — Premium Visibility
Featured Business is the highest-visibility paid listing on NamasteJAX. Your business is prominently displayed in a dedicated Featured Business section, highlighted for the entire community to discover. Ideal for businesses looking for maximum local presence and brand recognition in the Greater Jacksonville area.
How It Works
- Choose your category: Select the paid listing section that fits your business or service — Local Businesses, Food & Catering, Wedding Services, Professional Services, Real Estate Listings, or Featured Business.
- Submit your listing online: Sign in to your NamasteJAX account (or create a free account), complete the listing form, choose your duration, and apply a promo code if you have one.
- Pay securely through Stripe: Complete payment on Stripe's secure hosted checkout page. Your card information is handled by Stripe — NamasteJAX does not store it.
- Admin reviews and approves: Our team reviews your submission through the website. Once approved, your listing goes live for the purchased duration. You will receive a confirmation email when your listing is approved.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is community posting still free? Yes. Classifieds, Events, Entertainment, Community Updates, and Places of Worship remain completely free for all users. Paid listings are only for business and commercial advertising in specific paid sections.
- Is there a subscription or auto-renewal? No. All paid listings are one-time purchases for the selected duration. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. When your listing expires, you can choose to create a new listing.
- How long does it take for my listing to go live? After you submit and pay, our Admin team reviews your listing. Your listing service period starts on the approval date, not the purchase date. We aim to review submissions promptly.
- Do I need to call or email to advertise? No. Advertising on NamasteJAX is fully self-service. Submit your listing online through the website — no phone calls or email back-and-forth required.
- Can I get a refund if my listing is not approved? Yes. If Admin is unable to publish your initial paid submission that has never gone live, a full refund will be issued through Stripe to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- Do you offer any promotions? Yes. For a limited period, use promo code NAMASTE10 for 10% off.
